1. Processing and Delivery Times
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Domestic Shipping (US): Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:
  • Priority Shipping: Rates calculated dynamically based on package weight and destination.

3. Strict Legal & Compliance Restrictions
Because we sell bladed items (including pocket knives and hunting knives), we must strictly adhere to shipping regulations:
  • Carrier Restrictions: We ship all bladed items using carrier networks that legally permit the transport of domestic cutlery and pocket tools.
  • Address Restrictions: We cannot ship pocket knives or hunting knives to P.O. Boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or jurisdictions where specific blades are legally prohibited. If you place an order shipping to a restricted zone, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

4.  Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
