The Company sells tools that may be subject to strict local, state, federal, or international regulations regarding blade length, opening mechanisms, locking systems, and carry restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer, not the Company, to investigate, understand, and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, shipment, transport, and use of any item ordered from our store. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner.

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, or legal actions brought by any third party arising out of the buyer's possession or use of the purchased items.
